HomeStretch Active Living Inc. is an in-home kinesiology service dedicated to helping older adults stay independent, mobile, and confident as they age.

We specialize in personalized, one-on-one exercise programs delivered directly in the comfort of a client’s home. Our team of trained kinesiologists works with seniors to improve balance, strength, mobility, and coordination—key factors in preventing falls and maintaining independence.

We offer provide in-home services to over 100 seniors every month around Vancouver BC and across Ontario. Wherever you are, there's likely a Kinesiologist near you. We'll coordinate and train that Kinesiologist to offer the highest quality personal training you can get. 

Our services are ideal for older adults who:
