HomeStretch Active Living provides in-home personal training and kinesiology services for older adults who want to stay strong, steady, and independent at home.

Founded by Western University Kinesiology alumna Melissa Gunstone, HomeStretch specializes in fall prevention, balance training, mobility support, strength building, post-surgery exercise guidance, and active aging programs for seniors.

Our team of qualified kinesiologists brings personalized, one-on-one exercise support directly into the home, helping older adults improve confidence, reduce fall risk, and continue doing the daily activities that matter most.

HomeStretch currently supports seniors across Ontario and British Columbia, with growing programs, workshops, and community partnerships focused on helping older adults age safely and actively.
